Data collected

We process personal data you submit for quotes and orders: name, email, phone, company, project details, uploaded CAD files, and technical metadata (IP, timestamps).

Purpose and legal basis

Processing for quotes, contracts, customer communication, IT security and legal retention under Swiss nDSG and GDPR where applicable.

File uploads

Uploaded files are stored only on the operator's server in a non-public directory. Access is limited to authenticated users and authorized administrators.

Retention

Business data is retained according to legal requirements and internal policies, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object. Contact kontakt@swiss3d.ch. Complaints may be filed with the Swiss FDPIC (EDÖB).
