Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all Swiss3D Studio services: 3D printing, CAD design, engineering consulting and small series. Customer terms apply only if confirmed in writing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed upon written confirmation or start of work. Technical details rely on customer-provided files.

Prices in CHF excluding VAT. Material, machine time, engineering and shipping per quote. Payment due within 10 days net unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery dates are non-binding unless explicitly confirmed. Delays due to force majeure, material shortages or incomplete customer data extend timelines reasonably.

Customer retains ownership of CAD data. Swiss3D Studio uses files only for order fulfilment and treats them confidentially. References only with written consent.

Statutory warranty applies. Prototypes may deviate from series tolerances if stated in the quote. Claims within 7 days of delivery in writing.

Liability limited to order value except wilful intent or gross negligence. Indirect damages excluded where permitted by law.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.
